Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, may not be refunded, replaced if lost and are non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival and surrendered when redeemed. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings for dinner and rooms are necessary. Bookings are not taken for lunch. If a voucher has been used to make a room booking, the terms and conditions of the room booking apply to any deposit payment made by voucher.

Monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Drunken Duck Inn payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
